Why did you change your name?

This change is based on a new era for the company and a renewed focus to help our clients live the abundant life they deserve. Our new logo represents the connection between your goals and our integrated approach.

If I email you will you still receive it?

If you email our team @infusion360.com.au we will continue to receive your emails, however our replies will come from our new email address @affluens360.com.au

If I am a client with Infusion360 what does this mean for me?

Our engagements in place will not change, any renewal of services will be updated with the new brand and we will continue to service our clients. As we implement our new brand and process changes we will keep you informed of the updates.

How do I subscribe to Affluens eNewsletter and service updates?

If you are an existing client, we will have already subscribed you to our eNewsletter mailing list and our “need to know” service updates. If you are not receiving our content, please visit our webiste affluens360.com.au and at the bottom of the page you can subscribe.

My client file access isn't working?

As we have recently updated our domain, your box link URL http://infusion360.box.com and will change to http://affluens360.box.com

Alternatively, email our team at info@affluens360.com.au and we can re-send you a link and password hint.

Do my any of my logins change anywhere?

If you have login access to various super, investment or insurance providers or systems, this will not change.

If you have login access to Xero or accounting systems, this will also not change.
